I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Mason of DBC Home buyers. I needed to sell my house in Beltsville as-is, quickly and without hassle. I interviewed at least a dozen home buyers. Mason's offer wasn't the highest at first. He asked for my price, and after some thought he gave it to me. DBC took care of closing costs. In addition, I had stuffed the basement with a woodshop and construction studio. I stored lots of heavy materials there and in a structure outside as well. I had too much stuff and needed some time to purge and move out. Mason offered me a 45 day rentback. It actually took a couple weeks longer than anticipated, but Mason was cool with it and sent some movers to help move some of the heavy stuff. I know I left a lot of weird scrap materials and construction debris there too. Mason was great with communications, and I felt no pressure. The money was wired into my bank account as if it were effortless. So, yeah, I'm happy with our transaction. Thanks Mason

My wife was named executor of her brother's estate. Part of that was a house that we didn't know what we were going to do with. It had been left in disrepair and was uninhabitable. After looking at several home buyers and reviews I came up on DBC. After reading prior reviews of their company I called them and they responded back immediately. Mason arranged a meeting within 2 days to inspect the house. We signed a contract that day for what we considered a very fair price. After that, DBC took care of all the details. Our only involvement was responding to one inquiry by the title company which was handled via email. I would highly recommend DBC. Mason was very kind and compassionate over my wife's loss of her brother and she felt very comfortable in the transaction. There was never any pressure applied and all promises and guarantees were carried through in a prompt and efficient manner. We live in lower Delaware and the property was in upper Baltimore County. After our initial meeting with Mason, all parts of the transaction were completed via phone, text or email. DBC even arranged for a notary to come to our house in Delaware for closing so we did not have to travel for signing. I would highly recommend this company for anyone in our situation or needing to dispose of a property quickly.
